DESCRIPTION

Bring your vegan sushi making skills to the next level!

In this class, we will be making vegan sushi that is even closer to the "real thing". Serve this at a home party and watch your guests be amazed with the look, texture and flavor! It's hard to believe that all the ingredients are plant-based.
Experience cooking Japanese cuisine and learn to connect with the seasons using food. Each plate might be small but Japanese food is more about the quality and story behind each dish.
Once you learn how to appreciate the process and story behind the food you consume, it will start to change your relationship with this culture's cuisine.


In this class, you'll be learning a lot of techniques starting from how to cook the perfect sushi rice to how to combine it with 8 different ingredients to make vegan sushi.  We will be using seasonal vegetables and tofu based plant protein. 
Let's enjoy making Vegan Sushi that will feed all mind, body and soul!
